Whitley Recruiting Partners (WRP) is recruiting 2 'Founding SDRs' for a 20-year old SaaS / Services company that is over $100m in ARR and has a very healthy and stable business.
Our client has never hired SDRs before so this is an opportunity to impact company strategy and gain visibility to senior leadership. In 18 - 24 months, this SDR will move into a 'Field AE Role' traveling to see prospects/clients and selling $150k+ SaaS contracts.
Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of SaaS SDR/BDR experience with the career goal and business acumen to become an Enterprise AE in their next promotion.
Both SDRs will report to a local VP of Sales with 15+ years of SaaS Leadership experience. This is unique opportunity to learn Enterprise sales with a hands-on leader who will provide invaluable sales training and mentorship.
